Shelbie Storrer: JSP Senior Model Rep - Session One.

Today I am so happy to share with everyone something a little special and a little different for me: my very first Senior Model Rep photo shoot. If you don't know what the Senior Model Rep program is, you can check out my blog post all about it [here]. Not only is this the first shoot of its kind for me, the model is someone I've known for quite a long time.. (check out the title, we're related!) and we had a great day shooting! This is Shelbie's first session with the Rep Program, and she will be having another in the autumn, but for now, here are all (yes, I'm actually sharing all of them!) of Shelbie's edited proofs from our day shooting around Emporia!

 

We had to get a shoe shot in there! We also had a little surprise when we were shooting her third outfit.. 27 News in Topeka wanted to interview us about being by the river (since it's flooding) for her senior portraits.. little does he know that I was much more interested in the beautiful wooded areas than the crazy water!

Stephanie Aipperspach.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with a lovely model from Wichita, named Stephanie. When I saw this girl's photos, I knew I had to work with her: from her freckles, to her hair, to (as I found out later) her personality, she is exactly the type of person I LOVE to shoot with! I had a great time taking these photos, despite being covered in mosquito bites today, and I hope you all love them just as much as I do.
